Viewing audit logs for journal user fields

  1. Select BPA Designer > Journal User Fields.
  2. Specify this information:
    Transaction
    Select the business document.
    Name
    Specify the name of the journal user field set.
  3. Select Header or Line.
  4. Select the check box of the journal user field record to view.
  5. Click View Audit Log.
    The audit log window shows the audit trail of the selected record.
