This procedure is optional. If you
have separate custom master data structures for header and detail information, you can
associate these definitions.

Select .

Click the Attributes hyperlink of the corresponding custom master
data.

Identify one or two attributes to represent the custom master
data:
Note: The to-be value or the attribute or the combination of the
two attributes must be unique because it is displayed in the data entry page
of the detail information.

Select the attribute to display it in the Details
form.

Select the Reference Attribute check box.
Note: The Reference Attribute is used in associating a
header custom master data to a detail custom master data.

Click Save.

Click the Custom Master Data link.

Select the custom master data that contains the detail attributes.

Associate the custom master data to the master data containing
the header attributes by performing these tasks:

In the Details form, specify the name of the master
data containing the header attributes by selecting it from the Parent
list.
The Parent field is used in associating a detail
custom master data to a header custom master data.

Click Save.
