Creating users

Use this procedure to create users in IGFC on-premise only.
  1. Select Administration > Users.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name of the user.
    User Name
    Specify a unique name for the user.
    Password

    Specify the password of the user.

    Valid characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and special characters @, $, !, %, *, #, ?, &, ^, _, and -. The password must consist of a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. Dictionary words are not allowed.

    Confirm Password

    Specify the password of the user.

    Valid characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and special characters @, $, !, %, *, #, ?, &, ^, _, and -. The password must consist of a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. Dictionary words are not allowed.

    Role
    Select a role. See User roles for possible values.

    When Rule Builder and/or System Accountant is selected, you must assign the integrations to which the user has access.

    Integration

    Select the integration to which the user belongs. This field is available only when the Rule Builder or System Accountant role is selected.

    1. Select the integration from the Available list.
    2. Click the right arrow icon to move the integration to the Selected list.

      Alternatively, click and drag the vertical ellipsis that displays when you rest on an integration value.

  4. Click Save.
