Viewing audit logs for custom master data

  1. Select Document > Custom Master Data.
  2. From the data grid, select the check box of the custom master data record to view.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Select View Audit Log.
    The audit log window shows the audit trail of the selected record.
  5. To view the changes made to an expression of a specific custom master data, click on the Attributes link of the selected custom master data.
  6. From the data grid, select the check box of the expression record to view.
  7. Click Actions.
  8. Select View Audit Log.
    The audit log window shows the audit trail of the selected record.
  9. To view changes made to a search template of a particular custom master data, click on the Search Templates link of the selected custom master data.
  10. From the data grid, select the check box of the search template record to view.
  11. Click Actions.
  12. Select View Audit Log.
    The audit log window shows the audit trail of the selected record.
