Downloading IGFC logs

Use this procedure to download runtime logs for IGFC.

  1. Select Administration > Logs.
  2. To download log files in the Data Grid, select the check box of the file to download.
    Note: A new file is available for download every 30 minutes in the Data Grid, if there are available logs in the server. The log files are made available for 30 days and are deleted after.
  3. Click Download.
  4. To download logs by date range, select Administration > Logs.
  5. Specify this information:
    From Date
    Specify the starting date. Optionally, you can click the Calendar icon and manually select the date.
    To Date
    Specify the ending date. The current server date is the default value. Optionally, you can manually select the date.
    From Time
    Specify the starting time. The current server time is the default value. Optionally, you can click the Clock icon and manually select the time.
    To Time
    Specify the ending time. The current server time is the default value. Optionally, you can manually select the time.
  6. After specifying all the details, the Download button for the specified date and time range is now available.
