Packing slip processing uses the Ship To Location Based Company Identification model.

The Ship-To Location address extracted from the Packing Slip document is used to identify the corresponding company in the FSM application.

Once the Ship-To address is extracted from the document, the model performs these steps:

  1. The extracted Ship-To address is compared against Ship-To Location records in FSM.
  2. Based on address similarity, the system identifies the corresponding Ship-To Location ID.
  3. After the Ship-To Location ID is determined, the model identifies the Company to which the Ship-To Location is assigned.

The output from AI include the Ship-To Location ID and Company ID.

The model returns the Company associated with the Ship-To Location identified with the highest confidence score. If multiple matches have the same confidence score, the first result is returned. A minimum confidence score threshold, for example, 70% must be met. Otherwise, the output returns the value of No Similarity.

Note: The replication sets FSM_IC_ST is mandatory to ensure accurate and up-to-date results.
