Understanding the Vendor Performance Birst Dashboard

The Birst dashboard shows widgets that display the data from the last run date to the past year.

This table shows the list of widgets.

Widget Description
Vendor Performance Detail Level Shows a comprehensive overview of a vendor's performance.
  • Vendor Info: Contains Vendor ID and Vendor Name.
  • Performance Metrics KPIs: Contains Promptness Score, Accuracy, Quality, Score, and Line Items Count.
  • Detailed Table: Contains the list of purchase orders with columns, such as Purchase Order, Line, Item, Order Date, Receipt Id, Early Delivery Date, Received Date, Days Late, Ordered Quantity, Received Quantity, Quantity Balance, and Return Quantity.
  • Filters: Contains Last Processed Date, Vendor Group, and Vendor selection options.
On Time Delivery Percentage Shows the monthly delivery performance trend for the past year and shows the number of purchase order lines per month as a bar chart.
Number of Order lines with Quantity Variation Shows how often the received number of items differs from the expected number of items for the past year. Also shows the number of surplus and deficit purchase order lines per month.
Delayed Orders Aging Shows a breakdown of delivery delays through ranges of 0 to 30 days, 30 to 60 days, 60 to 180 days, and greater than 180 days.
Returns Percentage Shows the returns trend over past twelve months.
