Using RPA Management

Vendor OIG is run through Attended or Unattended mode.

Using RPA Management through Attended mode

  1. Download the Tray Assistant ION API file.
    1. Navigate to OS > ION > Authorized apps.
    2. Search for RPA Tray Assistant.
    3. Click Download.
  2. Open the Infor RPA Tray Assistant application.
    1. Click Add an Account.
    2. Select the ION API file.
    3. Click on the account to sign in.
  3. After a successful login, verify or install the latest workflow process.
    1. Click the ellipsis (…) button.
    2. Select Show process details.
    3. Click the Versions tab.
    4. In the Available versions field, select the required version.
    5. Click Update.
  4. Provide all the necessary user arguments.
    1. Click the ellipsis (…) button.
    2. Select Show process details.
    3. Click the User parameters tab.
    4. Specify the details.
    5. Click Save.
    6. Click Back.
    7. Click Run.

Using RPA Management through Unattended mode

  1. Log in to Infor OS.
  2. Open RPA Management.
  3. Select Home > Manage > Processes.
  4. Select a published process.
  5. Click the arrow (→) icon corresponding to a process name.
  6. Provide user parameters.
  7. Select RPA Management > Jobs.
  8. Search for a configured guide.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click Back.
  11. Click Run.
