Installing RPA

  1. Log in to Infor OS.
  2. Select Robotic Process Automation > Manage > Downloads.
  3. In the RPA Installer, click View Details.
  4. Select 2026-XX-X-XXX, or the latest available version.
  5. Click Download.
  6. Run the release-v2026-XX-rel-X-X-X.exe file.
  7. Follow the Infor RPA InstallShield Wizard instructions.
    1. In the Select Features section, select Attended RPA.
    2. Click Next.
    3. Click Install.
    4. Once the Fresh installation was successful message is received, click Finish to complete the Setup Wizard.
  8. Select Infor OS > API Gateway > Authorized Apps.
    1. Locate the RPA Tray Assistant.
    2. Click theDownload icon.
  9. Select Infor OS > Robotic Process Automation > Manage > Authorization.
    1. Locate IONAPI.
    2. Click Authorize.
    3. Click Yes.
    4. If you are prompted for approval, click Allow.
  10. Select Robotic Process Automation > Manage > Processes.
    1. Expand the FDA_506J_Compliance_Tracking menu and click the arrow pointing right from the latest process version.
    2. On the Users tab, click +Add.
    3. Browse the user highlight and click Save.
  11. Run Infor RPA Tray Assistant.
    Note: If Infor RPA Tray Assistant is not available in Windows key > Search, go to: C:\Program Files\Infor\RPA\InforRPATrayAssistant.
  12. Run TrayAssistant.exe.
  13. Click Add an Account.
  14. Browse to the RPA_Tray_Assistant.ionapi file that was downloaded.
  15. Double-click on the record from RPA Assistant.
    Note: In case Failed to check driver status prompts, make sure the chromedriver.exe file exists in C:\ProgramData\Infor\RPA\Commons.

    If the chromedriver.exe file is missing, copy it from C:\Program Files\Infor\RPA\InforRPARuntime.

  16. If you are prompted for approval, click Allow.
  17. Click Open.
