Verifying component availability

You can view component availability any time and perform these tasks:

Verify that enough components are available to produce a specific kit quantity
Inquire about how many kit items can be produced based on component availability

Select Inventory > Administration > Items > Item Option > Kit Items and Components.
On the Kit Items tab, click Create.
Complete the fields.
In the Make Code field, select whether the kits are made to order or stocked.

If you select Make to Stock, then complete the fields in the additional tabs.
Click Save.
