Creating intrastat nature of transaction codes

An intrastat nature of transaction code (NOTC) is used to describe the type of transaction. You assign an NOTC code to each transaction.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Payables > Tax.
  2. On the Intrastat panel, click Nature of Transaction Codes.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Intrastat Nature Of Transaction Code
    Specify the intrastat nature of transaction code. Use 11 for outright sales and purchases. Use 21 for returning goods.
    Description
    Provide a description.
  5. Click Save.
