Creating foreign economic regulatory codes

Foreign economic regulatory payment code are used on payment files that are required for some countries such as Germany.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Payables > Tax.
  2. On the Codes panel, click Foreign Economic Regulatory.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Finance Enterprise Group
    Select a finance enterprise group.
    Foreign Economic Regulatory Code
    Specify the foreign economic regulatory code.
    Description
    Specify the description.
    FERC Type
    Select a foreign economic regulatory code type. Options are Select All, Not Entered, Services or Transfers, Capital Flows, Trade In Goods.
  5. Click Save.
