Caution: Archived data is permanently deleted when it exceeds the purge from archive cutoff date. Deleted data cannot be recovered. To edit the purge from archive cutoff date, see Setting up the archive feature.
Select Application Administration > Financials > Global Ledger > Setup.
On the Maintenance panel, click Finance Enterprise Groups.
Open a Finance Enterprise Group and click Action > Update Purge From Archive Cut Off Date.
Specify the date and click Submit.
Note: If the specified date is within seven years, an alert is displayed in the Purge From Archive Cut Off Date field.
