Creating the Fax configuration

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared.
  2. In the Shared panel, click Fax Configuration.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Fax Configuration ID
    Specify the configuration ID.
    Description
    Specify a description.
    Default
    Select this check box to set this configuration as the default.
    Fax Service
    Select Consensus from the drop-down menu.
    App ID
    Specify the App ID from Consensus.
    User ID
    Specify the user ID from Consensus.
    API Key
    Specify the API key from Consensus.
    Notification Settings
    Select Consensus from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Save.
