Creating sample IDM templates

  1. Select Purchasing > Utilities.
  2. In the Lists panel, click Sample Document Templates for Purchasing.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Sample Document Template
    Specify the sample purchase order template.
    Description
    Provide a description for the template.
    Instructions
    Provide the instruction to indicate how to modify templates.
    Attachment
    Select the attachment to upload.
    IDM
    If you select this check box, then a template must be used to create a Purchase Order IDM template.
  5. Click Save.
