Summarizing records in a list with GenAI

You can generate summaries of records in a list using GenAI. The summarize action summarizes all currently visible records in a list, helping you understand sets of records at a glance.

To use the summarize action, your role must have AI summarization enabled in the configurable features.

  1. From the list to summarize, select More Actions > Summarize. The summary is displayed in the Generate Summary window.
  2. To copy the summarized text, click Copy and Close.
