Creating IDM templates

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared > Document Management.
  2. In the IDM Templates panel, click Purchasing.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name of the purchase order template.
    Description
    Provide a description for the template.
    Output Format
    Select whether the output format is in PDF or DOCX.
    Attachment
    Select the template to upload.
  5. Click Save.
