Mass copying item location

Use this procedure to mass copy a new item to every location that stocks items for the same product line.

  1. Select Application Administration > Supply Management > Inventory > Items.
  2. On the Mass Maintenance panel, click Item Location Copy.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    Select a company.
    Copy User Fields
    Select whether to copy the user fields.
    Report Only
    Select Report Only to preview the report without updating the database or to rerun an already updated report. Select Update And Report to run the report and perform the copy.
  4. Complete the rest of the page to copy items.
  5. Click Submit.
