Running the daily data engine

Run the daily data process to update KPIs and chart data. Run the daily data process manually or automatically on a schedule.

  1. Select Application Administration > Inventory > Miscellaneous.
  2. In the Inventory Intelligence panel, click Configuration.
  3. Open a configuration record.
  4. Click Daily Data Engine.
  5. Click OK to run immediately or click Schedule and complete the form to schedule the action. You can specify whether to receive email notification when the engine run completes or fails.
    The scheduled action is displayed in My Actions.
    Note: We recommend to schedule running Inventory Intelligence calculation one hour after completing the replication.
  6. Click Engine Process Results to see information for processed engine runs.
