Contract line search

Use this procedure to search for and view items that have been added to a contract and can be used for requisition.

  1. Select Requisitions > Requisitions.
  2. In the Quick Links panel, click All Requisitions For My Requesting Locations.
  3. Use the search parameters to narrow results. You can leave the parameters blank and click Search to show the entire list of records.
  4. When applicable to the record, you can perform these actions on a contract line:
    • Open
    • Update
    • Hold Contract Line
    • Remove Contract Line Hold
