Writing off transactions

You can select transactions using search criteria to filter transactions to view.
  1. Select Receivables > Invoices > Invoice Details > Open Invoice Details.
  2. For a selected transaction, specify Quick Write Off or Write Off actions to complete the process. The Automatic Transaction Removal program writes off transactions that meet the report’s parameter selections.
