Assigning project report settings to employee group

Report settings can be assigned a group of employees. After you assign report settings to an actor, the settings are displayed in each report where report settings are applicable.

  1. Select Analysis > Project Analysis > Project Reports > My Reports.
  2. On the Report Settings tab, select a report settings record.
  3. To assign a setting, click Assign Reporting Settings To Employee Group.
  4. Select an Actor Group.
  5. Click Submit.
