Creating assets in projects

Prior to assets being automatically linked to the projects, the assets must be manually created in projects.

  1. Select Capital Projects > Capital Projects.
  2. Select the posting project and select the Project Asset tab.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Select the project asset in the Asset field.
  5. Click Submit.
    The asset record is displayed. Click the asset number to view the full asset record.
