Viewing errors on journalized contract invoices

You can view all invoice and revenue errors on the Errors tab. When errors occur for invalid accounts, the journal entry is added to an error suspense account. If the accounts receivable invoice is not created, then the errors must be corrected before you continue.

  1. Select Invoicing And Revenue > Errors > Errors > Validation Results
  2. Use the search to filter the selection of errors.
  3. To view each error, click the Journalize Group link.
