Creating and emailing payment remittances

Use this procedure to send remittance advice for a manual payment to a vendor's email.

  1. Select Payables > Invoices.
  2. Create and release an invoice.
  3. Create and release a manual payment for the invoice.
  4. Select Actions > Email Remittance.

    The vendor's email address from the Remit To Location field is the default.

  5. Click Submit.
  6. Verify that the remittance was received with the remittance data attached.
