Payables purge utilities

Purge utilities are available in Payables for archiving and deleting data.

The History Purge utility is used to purge Payables invoices that are historical or cancelled for a specific company. Invoices with dates that are less than or equal to the purge cutoff date are purged and moved to the archive database.

The History Purge For All Companies utility is used to purge Payables invoices that are historical or cancelled for all companies. Invoices with dates that are less than or equal to the purge cutoff date are purged and moved to the archive database.

The History Purge From Archive utility is used to purge archived Payables invoices from the archived database for a Payables company. Archived records with dates that are less than or equal to the Purge From Archive Cut Off Date are purged.

Caution: Invoices are permanently purged from the system with no ability to restore data.

The History Purge From Archive For All Companies utility is used to purge archived Payables invoices from database files for all companies. Archived records with dates that are less than or equal to the Purge From Archive Cut Off Date are deleted.
