Updating invoice text search

Use this utility to update the keyword search field for invoices that were imported through the interface process.

  1. Select Payables > Administration and click the Utilities tab.
  2. In the Data Repair panel, click Update Invoice Text Search.
  3. Select the Company and specify the interface result record for payables invoices in the Interface Run field
  4. Click Submit.
