Creating invoice routing categories

When you create an invoice routing category, you define the finance structure used for distributions and the invoice approval assignments. You can use invoice routing categories at the vendor company level, the vendor level, and at the invoice level.

  1. Select Payables > Administration.
  2. In the Invoice Approval panel, click Invoice Routing Categories.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Complete the fields.
  5. Click Save.
  6. In the Invoice Approval Assignments section, click Create.
  7. Select a Finance Resource and the Invoice Approval Role.
  8. Click Save.
