Creating direct forecasts

Direct forecast is used to view the transactions that are paid for Payables and Purchasing. It is also used to view the incoming cash from Receivables and Cash Ledger Payments.

  1. Select Payables > Payments and click the More tab.
  2. In the Forecasting panel, click Direct Forecasts.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Complete the fields and click Save.
  5. Optionally, complete the Direct Forecast Period section:
    1. Create a direct forecast.
    2. Run Load Direct Forecast.

      The transactions and amounts are displayed.
