Processing pick-ups

  1. On the Select Deliveries screen, select the delivery units by tapping the check boxes for them.
  2. Tap Options > Pick-up.
  3. Optionally, you can display deliveries by Location or Units by tapping on the Location tab or Units tab.
  4. Select the location or units by tapping the check boxes for them.
  5. Tap Deliver.
  6. Select the delivery units by tapping the check boxes for them.
    Optionally, you can view and process the delivery unit details by tapping the package icon of the delivery unit. You can do a Confirm, Release, and Attempt action for each of the item.

    You can add delivery notes on each item by tapping the Detail icon and specify the notes by tapping the Add Notes button.

  7. Tap Options then select Confirm.
  8. Specify this information:
    Employee ID
    Specify the employee ID of the delivery recipient.
    First Name
    Specify the first name of the delivery recipient.
    Last Name
    Specify the last name of the delivery recipient.
    Count
    Specify the number of packages delivered.
    Electronic Signature
    The delivery recipient signs to verify that you delivered the packages.
    Take a Photo
    Click the button to take a photo and verify the delivered packages.
    Note: This button is displayed and required based on the configuration. To take more than one photo, click Take more photos. Captured photos can be view in Tracking.
  9. Tap the Previous icon on the upper left corner.
  10. Select the location or unit that you want to send to the server.
  11. Tap Send.
