Modifying a location for MSCM

Select Application Administration > Supply Management > Mobile Supply Chain.
On the General panel, click Locations.
Select a location and click Open.
Configure the Mobile Supply Chain tab.
1. In Location Activities, specify this information:
  
  Deliver To
  
  Select to set the location as a deliver to location.
  
  Note: Par locations, requesting locations and inventory locations that are also requesting locations are Deliver To locations by default and cannot be unchecked. Inventory Locations that are not also requesting locations cannot be set as Deliver To locations.
  
  Receiving and Delivery Transfer
  
  Select to set the location as a receiving and transfer location.
  
  Note: Requesting locations cannot be set as receiving and transfer location.
  
  Receiving Ship To
  
  Select to set the location as a receiving, ship to location
  
  Note: Requesting locations cannot be set as receiving and transfer location.
2. In Par Count, specify this information:
  
  Maximum Additional Quantity
  
  Specify the multiplier for the maximum additional quantity. The default is value is 1.
  
  Pick for Par Enabled
  
  Select this option to enable pick for par for the par location.
  Note: Par Count is only available for Par and Cart Locations.
3. In Inventory Replenishment, specify this information:
  
  Display QOO Options
  
  Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, Enable, and Disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Display Minimum Order Options
  
  Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, Enable, and Disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
4. In Purchase Order Receiving, specify this information:
  
  Display Carrier Tracking Number
  
  Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, hide, display only, or display and require the carrier tracking number field in the handheld.
  
  Display Carrier
  
  Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, hide, display only, or display and require the carrier field in the handheld.
  
  Display Reference Number
  
  Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, hide, display only, or display and require the reference number field in the handheld
  
  Display Add Receipt Button
  
  Select to enable the add receipt function in the handheld. Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, Enable, and Disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Display Tracking Number
  
  Select to display the tracking number field in the handheld. Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, Enable, and Disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Display Bill of Lading
  
  Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, hide, display only, or display and require the bill of lading field in the handheld. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Check Catch Weight Tolerance
  
  Select to enable the checking of catch weight tolerance function in the handheld. Select whether to Inherit Enterprise Setup, Enable, and Disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
5. In Putaway, specify this information:
  
  Item Number Validation
  
  Select this option to determine if the item will require validation during the putaway process.
  
  Putaway All
  
  Select this option to determine if the Putaway All button will be displayed on the handheld.
  
  Note: The Inspection and Putaway processes cannot be performed at the same time on the handheld. A warning message will be displayed.
  
  Download Putaway Order
  
  Select this option to determine if FIFO or LIFO will be used when displaying information.
6. In Picking, specify this information:
  
  Tracking Delivery Options
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, set the delivery tracking by container, shipment, or shipment line. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Note: This option is not available if the inventory location is tagged as a warehouse.
  
  Print Picking Options
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, set printing do not print, print delivery label only, print delivery document only, or print delivery label and document after confirming the transaction in web and handheld. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Downloaded Shipment Order
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, set the download shipment by order of FIFO, or LIFO. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
  
  Item Number Validation
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, enable item number validation function in the handheld, or disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
7. In Inventory Issues and Returns, specify this information:
  
  Print Ticket
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, enable automatic printing of the inventory issues document after confirming the transaction in the handheld, or disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
8. In Inventory Adjustment, specify this information:
  
  Print Ticket
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, enable automatic printing of the inventory adjustment document after confirming the transaction in the handheld, or disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
9. In Inventory Transfer, specify this information:
  
  Print Ticket
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, enable automatic printing of the inventory transfer document after confirming the transaction in the handheld, or disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
10. In Inventory Receiving Transfers, specify this information:
  
  Print Inventory Receiving Transfer Ticket
  
  Select whether to inherit enterprise setup, enable automatic printing of the in-transit receiving document after confirming the transaction in the handheld, or disable. Default is set to Inherit Enterprise Setup.
In the MSCM Default Printers tab, specify this information:

Caution: Printers must be configured before assigning them to a location. See Adding company printers.

Default Report Printer

Select a report printer.

Default Label Printer

Select a report printer.
Click Save.
