Viewing analysis details

Use this screen to view information about invoices and other supporting documents for the match process.

  1. Select Match > Analysis.
  2. On the All Transactions tab, select an invoice.

    These sections are displayed:

    • Invoice
    • Invoice Details
    • Purchase Order
    • Receipt

    The data in these sections changes to reflect the details of the selected invoice. Use the filters narrow the invoice list to make it easier to select the invoice to analyze.

  3. On the More tab, click Analysis Details.

    The line level detail from the invoice and receipt that match are displayed.

  4. Click the Summarization tab to view these work areas:
    • Vendor Invoices
    • Vendor Purchase Orders
    • Invoices
    • Purchase Orders
    • Receipts

    The information in this tab is driven by the user selection in the Vendor Invoices And Purchase Orders sections.
