Viewing average daily balances

You can view and query the results for daily balances, aggregates, and averages after the average daily balance calculation is complete. These two tabs are available on the report:

  • Basis Ledger

    Shows the average daily balances for ledgers assigned to the reporting basis.

  • All Ledgers

    Shows the average daily balances for all ledgers.

  1. Select Report Catalog > Average Daily Balance.
  2. Select the reporting basis for average daily balance.
  3. To filter transactions, click the search toolbar icon in the Aggregate Balance pane.
  4. Select a Summary Period.
  5. Click Search.
