Creating interest allocation lines

  1. Select Allocations > Actuals Control.
  2. On the Actuals Control tab, open an allocation control record.
  3. On the Allocations tab, open an interest allocation record.
  4. On the Lines tab, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Average Daily Balance Account
    Select the average daily balance account to use as allocation basis during the calculation. Interest is allocated based on the average daily balance of the custodial account. Interest is allocated to interest-bearing custodial accounts that meet the average daily balance threshold. This field is available if <Custodial Account> Interest Allocation is selected in allocation.
  6. Complete the form.

    The From Post and To Post values are automatically assigned.
