Viewing journalized allocation results

The Journalized Log tab displays the journals generated for each journalized allocation run, including the journal number and description. This information helps you validate allocation results and trace allocation transactions to their corresponding General Ledger journals.

  1. Select Global Ledger > Allocations > Journalize Log.
  2. Select a Journalize Log entry to view the corresponding Global Ledger Journal Control records.
    In each journal control record, the allocation run and its corresponding journal entry links are displayed or you can select Drill Around > Allocation Run or Journal Control.
