Creating account codes

An account code represents a Global Ledger posting account. Account codes are used to post the interfaced transactions to the appropriate Global Ledger accounts.

Select Processing > Transactions.
On the General panel, select Account Codes.
Click Create.
Specify this information:

Code

Specify the name of the account code.

Chart Account

Select the Global Ledger posting account that is represented by the account code.
Click Save.
