Projecting leases

Company

Select a company number. If you select Company, then the Company Group field is blank.

Lease

If you select a lease number, then the Company field is required.

Company Group

You can purge all associated leases with all the companies in this company group. If you specify a company group, then the Company and Lease fields are blank.

Lease Classification

Restrict the report to All leases, only Operating leases, or only Finance leases.

Lease Type

Restrict the report to a specific lease type.

Year

Specify the year from which to project the data.

Period

Specify the period from which to start projecting data.

Closed

Select whether to include closed leases.

Closed Dates

Select the beginning and ending lease closed dates.

Retired

Select whether to include retired leases.

Retired Dates

Select the beginning and ending lease retired dates.

Simulated

Select whether the projection is simulated.

Non Lease Component

Select whether to include non-lease components.

Report

Select whether to print the data in summary or in detailed format.

Sort

Select whether the lease report is sorted by company, lease, and vendor or company, vendor, and lease.

Compute Statement

Select whether to exclude the compute statement amounts in your report or to include the compute statement amounts.
