Deactivating additional attributes

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared and click the Document Management tab.
  2. In the IDM panel, click IDM Configuration.
  3. Open or create a record.
  4. On the Additional Attributes tab, open a record.
  5. To deactivate all lines, click Deactivate in the header.

    All of the attribute lines are not used in the output.

  6. To deactivate a line, select an attribute and select Actions > Deactivate.

    The selected attribute is not used in the output.
