FSM-IDM generic user

The FSM.IDM-User is a generic user that can interact with Infor Document Management (IDM) features in FSM. These features include viewing IDM documents and generating output documents from FSM. This user cannot be used for logging in to FSM or IDM.

Most FSM attachments are stored in IDM. Because not all FSM users are assigned with IDM roles, access to these attachments is facilitated through the FSM.IDM-User. The FSM.IDM-User can view IDM stored attachments through hyperlinks.

This user is also utilized for document generation, particularly within IPA flows. Currently, the IPA flow defaults the actor to Lawson. Because IDM roles cannot be assigned to Lawson, you must select the FSM.IDM-User to avoid encountering errors.
