Use this procedure to copy IDM templates from one tenant to another.
Select Application Administration > Shared and click the Document Management tab.
In the IDM panel, click IDM Configuration.
Open or create a record.
On the Options tab, in the Templates section:
For newly created IDM configuration records, IDM templates are included by default during a tenant refresh.
For existing IDM configuration records, users must perform the Turn On Include Templates In Tenant Refresh action to include their IDM Templates during a tenant refresh.
The message, Templates are included in tenant refresh is displayed. The templates are stored in FSM and copied to the new tenant.
