Creating teams

Create a team to group resources for ownership, approvals, and notifications purposes. A resource can belong to more than one team.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Reconciliation.
  2. In the General Setup panel, click Teams.
  3. In the Finance Teams panel, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Finance Team
    Specify a name for the team.
    Description
    Provide a description.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. To add resources to the team, click Add Member. You can select multiple resources.
