Copying billing rate tables

Use this procedure to copy a billing rate table to create a new table.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Projects > Setup.
  2. In the Invoicing And Revenue Setup panel, select Billing Rate Tables.
  3. Open a billing rate table to copy.
  4. Select Actions > Copy Table.
  5. Specify this information:
    New Table
    Provide a new billing rate table name.
    New Description
    Provide a description.
    Effective Date
    Specify the date that the new table is effective. Transactions that have this or a later date use the new table..
    Multiplier
    Specify the increase or decrease for the rates on the new table. The default value is 1.000. To increase the rates, specify a number that is higher than 1. To decrease the rates, specify a number that is lower than 1.
  6. Click Submit.
