Creating book regulations

The Book Regulations tab contains the list of all the asset book regulations. To create book regulations:

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Assets > Books.
  2. In the Setup And Maintenance panel, click Book Regulations.
  3. Specify this information:
    Finance Enterprise Group
    The default value is the actor using the actor context.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: If a book regulation is assigned to a book, you cannot delete them. If you create a book regulation and only use it on a guideline class regulation, you can delete the book regulation but a warning message is displayed which indicates that all related guideline class regulations are also deleted.
