Purging and archiving bank transaction history

Before you proceed, ensure that the Purge Cut Off Date in the finance enterprise group is specified. Ensure that the archive feature is enabled.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Cash > Utilites to delete historical bank transactions, bank fund transfers, cash receipt deposits, and bank statement periods.
  2. On the General panel, select Bank Transaction History Purge.
  3. Specify this information:
    Cash Management Group
    Select the cash management group.
    Cash Code or Cash Code Group
    Specify the cash code or the cash code group but not both.
    Note: The cutoff date is defaulted from the Purge Cut Off Date field in the FEG.
    Purge Cash Ledger Transaction
    Select this check box if you want to purge the cash ledger transaction.
    Bank Transaction Type
    Select the bank transaction type.
    Transaction Code
    Specify the transaction code.
    Bank Account
    Select the bank account.
  4. Select the check boxes of all the transactions that you want to purge.
  5. Click Submit.
