Enabling automatic reversal within the same period

You can enable a finance enterprise group to automatically reverse journals within same posting period. The auto reverse date must be after the posting date.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Global Ledger > Setup.
  2. On the Maintenance panel, click Finance Enterprise Groups.
  3. Open a finance enterprise group and select the Options tab.
  4. Select the Auto Reverse Within Same Period check box.
  5. Click Save.
