Dunning process code setup
A Dunning Process Code is a top-level entity in Advanced Dunning. The process code links one or more dunning levels, which the DunningLetter entity defines. Each process code defines a distinct escalation strategy. For example, one process code can apply to domestic customers with three levels. Another process code can apply to international customers with five levels. Each customer in Advanced Dunning has a Dunning Process Code on the CompanyCustomer record. During the Selection Job, the system uses the process code to determine the applicable dunning levels and to calculate escalation timing.
