This table shows the security classes and the associated security roles for the report designer:

This table shows the required security roles for Report Designer:

Note: In Infor OS, select System Administrator > Security > Security Administration > Settings > Infor Cloud Identities.

In the Configuration tab, validate if the Enable access using Infor Cloud Identities check box is selected.

Select the For specified users (select specific users and/or names for each data types to which the user belongs in the tabs below) option and add or validate the users in the Users tab.


Security role	Description
CSFLABirst-User	Gives the user application access.
CSFLABirst-Power-User	Gives the user access to preview the report format in the Preview Format tab.
Birst-User	Gives entry access to Birst.

Note: All GL Report Designer users are required to be assigned to all three IFS security roles.
