Including budget edits on posting dimensions

From a summary level project, you can update all posting level projects that are associated with it to include or exclude budget level edits.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Global Ledger > Setup.
  2. In the Maintenance panel, select My Finance Enterprise Group.
  3. Click the Project Funding tab.
  4. Open the enterprise structure and click the Hierarchy tab.
  5. Select the summary project funding record to set the budget edits and select Actions > Set Include Budget Edit on Posting Dimensions.
  6. Specify this information:
    Include or Exclude
    Select whether the budget edits are included or excluded for all posting project funding for the selected summary project funding.
  7. Click Submit.
