Moving accounting units within structures

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Global Ledger > Setup.
  2. On the Maintenance panel, click Finance Enterprise Groups.
  3. Open the finance enterprise group and click the Accounting Entity tab.
  4. Open an entity and click the Structure tab.
  5. Open a structure and click the Hierarchy tab.
  6. Select the accounting unit and click Actions > Move.
  7. In the Move Finance Accounting Unit window, select a New Parent Accounting Unit.
  8. Click OK.
