Creating projects within projects

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Global Ledger.
  2. In the Maintenance panel, select My Finance Enterprise Group.
  3. Click the Project tab.
  4. Open a project structure and click the Hierarchy tab.
  5. Select the project and select Actions > Create Child Project.
  6. For field definitions, see Creating project hierarchies.
  7. If the Project Type is Summary, complete the fields. For field definitions, see Creating project hierarchies.
  8. If the Project Type is Posting, complete the fields. For field definitions, see Creating project hierarchies.
  9. Click Submit.
